I have done a First Aid course in the past, do I really need to do it again?

Your First Aid Certificate HLTAID003 and HLTAID004 will remain current for 3 years. It is recommended in “First Aid in the Workplace Code of Practice July 2014” that a workplace first aider renew their certificate every 3 years.
CPR HLTAID001 is valid for 1 year. The ARC (Australia Resuscitation Council) recommends that this is updated every 12 months.

I need to book into a course... How do I do this?

We are a mobile service that delivers courses at your venue and at times to suit you. You can contact us through email or call the mobile number on the contact us form – and we will reply promptly.

Do I need to pay before I attend the first aid course?

Payment can be made before or on the day. However certificates cannot be issued until payment is received.

What do I wear?

Neat, tidy and comfortable clothing (pants for the ladies) is recommended as practical training is conducted on the floor.

What do I bring to the class?

Online workbook certificate (not required for CPR course) USI number and payment if not made beforehand.
